Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers every plan you buy from us through our checkout. This page explains how to ask for a refund, what it covers, and what happens to your plan.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments through our checkout are covered within 30 days of that payment: every plan length, first purchases and renewals.

One request per payment. Summary only: the policy below applies.

1. How to ask for a refund

  1. Sign in at my.copaccount.com.
  2. Go to Payment history and open the payment.
  3. Choose “Request a refund”, pick a reason, and tell us what happened in your own words. Text is enough: no screenshots are needed. Your reason helps us improve; it does not affect whether an eligible request is refunded.
  4. Confirm the request with the code we email you.

We review each request and reply by email. You can make one request for each payment.

2. What a refund covers

Payments made through our checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay can be refunded within 30 days of the payment. This covers every plan length, first purchases and renewals.

A refund returns the full amount of that payment, and the plan it paid for ends when the refund is made.

3. What it does not cover

  • Purchases made in the Apple App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google refund those, not us (see below).
  • Payments more than 30 days old.
  • Crypto and manual payments (such as bank wire), which are final.
  • A second request for the same payment.
