• 13No Breaking and Entering: Unauthorized access to our services or systems, through hacking or any means, is off-limits.

• 15Fair Use is Key: Our services are for your personal, respectful use. Commercial exploitation or unauthorized sharing? That’s not what we’re here for.
• 16Automate Respectfully: Using bots or automated systems to access our services needs a thumbs-up from us, ensuring fair use for all.
• 17Legal Uses Only: Using our services? Great! Just ensure it’s all legal and above board.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• CopVPN provides multiple subscription options, with different lengths and prices. It’s up to you to choose the plan that fits your requirements best.
• When you enter your payment details, you agree to pay for our services based on the pricing and billing conditions of your selected plan.
• Be aware that subscription costs may be updated over time, but we’ll inform you about any price changes before they take effect.

5. Auto-Renewal Policy

CopVPN’s subscription plans include an Automatic Renewal feature, meaning your plan will renew by itself unless you turn off this option at least 24 hours before your current billing cycle ends. If you want to cancel, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your next payment date.

We offer several subscription options:

It allows you to use all premium features up until the end of your subscription. Please turn off auto-renewal in time if you don’t want your payment method charged for the next billing period at your plan’s price shown at checkout. The 5-Year Plan is a one-time payment and is not charged again.

6. Refund Policy

You can ask for a refund of a payment made through our checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay within 30 days of that payment. Request it from Payment history at my.copaccount.com and confirm it with the code we email you; we reply by email. A refund returns the full amount of that payment, and the plan it paid for ends when the refund is made.

Purchases made in the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us. Crypto and manual payments (such as bank wire) are final. You can make one refund request for each payment. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

CopVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan you buy from us through our checkout, for first purchases and renewals alike, as described in section 6 and in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, text, graphics, logos, and software is safeguarded by intellectual property laws. Without our express consent, you are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or altering any of the content we provide.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopVPN is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages from our services. Furthermore, we do not offer express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

10. Termination of Services

We maintain the authority to suspend or terminate your access to CopVPN services if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in detrimental activities. Such termination could lead to the loss of your account and associated data.

11. Privacy

When you engage with our services, you are giving your consent for us to collect and process your personal information, all in line with the guidelines and practices detailed in our privacy policy. This agreement underscores your understanding and acceptance of how we handle your data responsibly.

12. Changes to ToS

CopVPN reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as necessary. If there are any significant changes, we will ensure you are notified. However, you must regularly check these terms to stay informed of any modifications.

13. Stable Internet Connection

A consistent and reliable internet connection is necessary for some of our services to work their magic. So, it’s up to you to ensure your internet is always running smoothly. This way, you can enjoy everything our services offer without a hitch.

14. CopVPN Browser Extension

The CopVPN browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Firefox uses your CopVPN account, and these Terms apply to it like any other CopVPN service. Please keep in mind:

• The extension protects only the traffic of the browser it is installed in. Other browsers and other apps on your device keep using your normal internet connection. To protect your whole device, use a CopVPN app.
• Each browser that is connected through the extension counts toward the limit of 7 devices connected at once.
• Optional features, such as ad blocking and the kill switch, work inside your browser. If you turn on the kill switch and the connection drops, the browser stays blocked until you reconnect.
• Your use of the extension is also subject to the terms of the store you installed it from (Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons or Firefox Add-ons).
• How the extension handles your information is described in the “CopVPN Browser Extension” section of our Privacy Policy.
